About this week, really nothing much to update, except tat uploading the photos tat i promised last week. I will be updating u guys about my "different meal" other than sandwich and burger. Before that, mention abit about the days of ramadan(puasa) here. Last saturday start ramadan, here very different with malaysia. In malaysia, puasa is kinda no different for non-muslim, is just we dun eat in front of them. But the restaurant will be open, so once the malays dun go restaurant then we wont be eating in front of them. In saudi, almost everyone is muslim, the restaurant wont be open, non of it will open b4 evening.
The 1st day of ramadan here, i was thinking tat might open, or at least the mini market outside open then i go buy bread eat or wat. But end up all the shops closed, in customer site really cant anything to eat, so i end up non-eat for more than 24hours. From friday night dinner till saturday night dinner, worst than having ramadan! Here comes 2nd day, i brought bread there, to the customer site. Actually morning breakfast can eat at office, but sometimes i dun eat breakfast. Coz if morning eat bread and lunch also eat bread, i cant tahan haha! Back to 2nd day, i brought bread but guess wat, i couldnt find a place for me to eat! the cafeteria is closed and locked, i was walking around for 10 minutes but really no place to eat. So i gave up eating and the 2nd day also 24 hours non- eating! After that i have no choice but to eat breadfast and skip lunch.
1stly, i bought those on the day before puasa, i found out that the above 3 only cost 1SAR and the bottom only 2SAR. (the rate here almost same as malaysia) Before that i will be buying those bread, also 1SAR one, but the bread here really... how to say.. not as nice as malaysia wan! tat's it! hahaha
order this on 1st day of puasa... the rice with 2 pieces of kebab that i mentioned last time. 10 SAR
Tat's it!! can u see the amount of tat rice?!!!! Tat day i was 24 hours non-eating, but still, after eat 1/4 i feel full d, then i force myself to eat till 3/4 then i cannot eat d, so end up throw.....(add on: today i can finish all... not a single rice left.. i think is coz of the free gift below... tat wan really very full wan... )
1st day of puasa, they only sell sandwich and burger after 7pm. They have this new menu for puasa, those was the boss gave me free to try, so tat i will order next time. Ya, those plus the rice = full like shit!!
ok, this was the new menu for the ramadan before 7pm. Tat day i went there before 7pm, they say not yet sell sandwich and burger, ask me want to try tis or not, so i say ok lo, everything u can see there cost 13SAR.
Tat's it!! Same thing, also full like shit!! starting i feel ok, not bad, next time can order, slowly, i ate some vegetables stuff, and end up feel like very.... tak boleh tahan... so... i wonder i will order again or not....
