Finally get back my RM900!!!

After 2 months and 2 weeks time, finally i get back my RM 900 from CIMB. (Whoever who not sure, go read my august post) In my august post, i mentioned i went complain for the 1st time and reply letter say tat there is no transaction going on in tat particular machine and time. So i made another checking for all 3 machine in centre point cimb deposit machine and lengthen the time range from 11pm of 9th July till 1am of 10 July. Waited for 1 and half months still havnt receive any reply letter, so i got abit like give up edi, abit dun care dun care state edi. Somehow yesterday i called to complain again, one thing i dun like, they keep transfering the call, when someone receive, i talk till 10 seconds like tat then she will say, sorry wait ah i transfer u to who who who, keep transfering for around 5 times... @@ End up someone name Linda answer my call, i told her everything, then say i waited for 1 and half months also havnt receive any reply, then she ask for my contact number, say will check for me and call me back.

Miracle happens, something i keep waiting, waiting and waiting for few months, but tat Ms Linda help me check, less than 2 hours time, she called me back and say she found the transaction, but in 12 something of 10th sept and different machine tat i have submited in 1st complain form. Then today i went check, the RM 900 finally banked in to my account edi!! Thx Ms Linda!!
